Q: Why is there no phone number to contact the company?

A: In order to provide the customer with the lowest prices, we elect not to use a call service and answer your questions and concerns directly. We make every effort to reply to emails within 24 - 48 hours. The email address is service@bulkorganicvegetableseeds.com.

A: A hybrid seed is the result of cross pollinating. The seed characteristics from cross pollination vary.

 

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered?

A: Orders are normally are shipped in3-5 days.

 

Q: What if I need to change my order?

A: Email your change and the order will be adjusted along with adjustments to the billing.

 

Q: Do you sell and ship seeds internationally?

A: International shipments must comply with custom restrictions and regulations. THE PURCHSER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CUSTOMS REGULATIONS. Reading our shipping policy is highly encouraged. Phytosanitary certificates are not provided with seeds orders. Only credit cards are accepted for international transactions.

 

Q: What exactly is meant by an Heirloom seed?

A: An Heirloom seed is typically a seed that has been protected from mass production. It is thought to have maintained its’ unique flavor characteristics and qualities. There is no generally agreed upon definition for heirloom.

 

Q: Can orders be picked up and not shipped?

A: All orders must be shipped to customers. We are not staffed to handle personal pick-ups which allow us to keep our rates low.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: Returns on items excluding seeds may be returned within 30 days of receipt. There are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES of seeds.
